FLAVOURS OF LAVARONE
Our weekender is multifaceted and the Flavours of Lavarone is another classic of All Saints Mod Holiday. Usually it consists of local wine and food tasting and a nice traditional dinner. It is all about fun, get together, and a way to discover the culinary delights and the wines of Trentino, where Lavarone is located. The union between food and wine in Trentino reigns sovereignly. This year we managed to schedule a welcome dinner, an exclusive daytime party with Djs inside the Lavarone Wellness, together with buffet and wine tasting and on Friday, the All Saints brunch paired with a live act of the Blue Birds.

We are not the first to think about the wine-music connection - scientists have extensively investigated how music and wine are actually closely linked and can enhance one another – but in Lavarone we believe that music changes the flavor of wines.
Our daytime gathering will kick off with an exclusive daytime party with Djs inside the Lavarone Wellness, together with buffet and wine tasting. Yes, folks, a new super afternoon Shing-ding by the pool! Meeting point will be outside the Wellness.
A nice way to start and get ready for the Mod ballroom in full swing!

Jazz & Soul but also British freakbeat & R&B are our wine and music union, harmonizing both with local food, at the Hotel Monteverde. We will get started by some nice selection of our Djs, followed by a tasting of some good wines together with an amazing finger food buffet with the option of open bar. Spritz, wines, grappas… A nice way to start and get ready for the Mod ballroom in full swing!
The wine tasting and the open bar option is included in the weekend ticket.
FRIDAY 2nd NOVEMBER – HIGH ALTITUDE MODERNISM
ALL SAINTS BRUNCH AT NORDIC RESORT MILLEGROBBE PLUS LIVE ACT!
The All Saints brunch will take place at Nordic Resort Millegrobbe", located at 1500 meters of altitude.
Meeting point would be at the Bar Belem, at 13:00, for the All Saints Aperitif.
